Common Questions

$How much do your web design services cost?+

Website Only starts at $500 as a one-time payment. Website + Hosting starts at $300 setup + $50/month, with the same custom website-build scope and a six-month minimum initial term. Custom projects are quoted by scope.

$How long does it take to build a small business website?+

Timing depends on the scope, content, and feedback. I'll discuss a realistic schedule with you before work begins.

$Do I need to provide content and images?+

You'll need to provide the basics - your logo, brand colors if you have them, and rough text about your business. I can help refine copy and source professional stock photography if needed.

$Will my website rank on Google?+

Every build includes on-page SEO foundations: useful structure, metadata, image alt text, and relevant local context. Search rankings depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.

$What if I don't like the design?+

You and I will agree on the direction and review the site before launch. I'll explain the revision scope in your quote so expectations are clear.

$What does the monthly hosting plan include?+

Hosting on LiteSpeed servers, SSL, backups, security checks, WordPress and plugin updates, 24/7 uptime monitoring, ongoing upkeep, and reasonable content updates. Larger features, major redesigns, new functionality, and substantial content work may be quoted separately. Existing hosting clients may receive preferred pricing.

$What happens if I leave your hosting?+

You keep the website. My hosting, SSL, backups, checks, updates, and ongoing support end with the plan. I will explain the migration steps and complete the portions required on my end, but full migration is not a done-for-you service. After the six-month minimum initial term, the plan is month-to-month.

$Do you work with businesses outside Central Texas?+

Yes, I can work remotely. My local focus is Central Texas, especially Temple, Belton, Salado, Rogers, Little River-Academy, and Bell County.
